Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

At BuyOClick, we strive to provide the best quality IT hardware. However, if you need to return a product, please follow our RMA policy:

• Customers must notify us via email within 5 working days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and fully functional.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either issue a replacement or a refund of the item price.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
